Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the United State, is an actor. Her most well-known roles include performances in soaps like Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she performed the regular role of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her teaching journey began within Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten and 1st grade. She got married in 1998 to Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones after which she moved to Thompsons Station. In the Thompsons Station, she started teaching fourth class at Bethesda Elementary. From 1999 to 2000, she taught and completed her masters in Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit the classroom in 2000, when the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley was able to spend her final 15 years in service to communities, and was primarily concerned with children's growth at the church she attended and within the local community. Ashley is an instructor for the Preschool Ministry and the Student Ministry for more than 13 years. Ashley has spent the last three years home, homeschooling her children. During their home schooling years they attended a family school tutoring session in which Ashley as well taught History up to the 1st Grade. God taught her family that while she liked being at home with her children and spending time with them it was now the time for Ashley to go back to the classroom. Brent and Ashley both have five children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor is a GCA student who plays baseball and attends UT-Martin. Callan is also a GCA Graduate and attends Western Kentucky University. Family members are very involved and is fond of fishing, hunting, and assisting their friends in sporting events.
